Sports Physicals for Student Athletes
Appointments for sports physicals are available at Flagstaff Pediatric Care. Sports physicals help ensure that your athlete is ready to play sports safely and that your child is current on vaccinations. This is also an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you have.
