Stay home if you are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms (flu-like symptoms with low-grade fever and cough).
Go to the hospital if you are experiencing severe symptoms (flu-like symptoms with high fever, cough, and shortness of breath).
ALWAYS NOTIFY all healthcare facilities prior to arrival (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, testing sites, etc.).

North Country HealthCare is administering the Moderna and Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccines.
Both vaccines are authorized and recommended for persons 18 years of age or older. The recommendation for both vaccines should be implemented in conjunction with the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practice’s (ACIP) interim recommendations for allocating the initial supply of COVID-19 vaccines.
